USA Warehouse - Now Open

We’ve opened our first U.S. warehouse in California, allowing us to fulfill many domestic orders. This is a big step toward providing faster, lower-cost service for our American customers, and we’re excited to share this update.

What’s happening right now

Our U.S. warehouse is now operational but is still in the early stages of stocking. Here are the key points:

  • Most U.S. orders now ship from within the country.
  • Some orders may still come from Canada, depending on availability.
  • We have temporarily reduced our U.S. catalog by removing lower-cost accessories only stocked in Canada. This helps keep more orders within the U.S.

Duties and Tariffs: A Matter We're Addressing!

If your order ships within the USA, you will not incur any import fees. However, if your order is shipped from Canada (either partially or fully), U.S. duties and tariffs may apply.

Please note that we do not charge, manage, or profit from these additional charges. The U.S. government determines these fees, and they are collected by U.S. shipping carriers.

Domestic Shipping Timeline

Our goal is to exclusively ship to U.S. addresses from our California warehouse by March 2026.

This timeline may be adjusted as we continuously assess our stock levels. Once we ensure an adequate inventory, we will update our catalog to prevent U.S. customers from inadvertently ordering products that are only available in Canada.
