How many times do I have to tell you, no means no. If I don’t want to hang out with you, I’m allowed to say no. If I don’t have the energy to hold space for your emotions, I’m allowed to say no. If I don’t want to be touched, I’m allowed to say no. If I don’t want your help, I’m allowed to say no.
If I [insert anything], I’m allowed to say no.
Let us normalize saying NO without saying sorry.
We are not responsible for how our boundaries make other people feel. There is nothing to apologize for when protecting our body, space or energy.
You are sacred.
You are worthy of respect.
You do you, WITHOUT SAYING SORRY!
