Free returns when you choose in-store credit.

Please follow our step-by-step guide below. It's so easy to do, you'll have it nailed after the first time you try it. And if for any reason you don't, you can always contact us.

Return options & information

Perfect! If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now when you choose in-store credit, the cost to return your items is on us!

All in store credits are issued in Canadian currency.

When you choose to receive your refund on your original payment method, the cost of returning your items is removed from your total eligible refund amount. For a free refund, choose store credit instead.

We will issue your refund or gift card once we approve your return. All items are to be inspected once they are returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy (see below).

Click on the returns portal button above and fill out the information required. You'll need your order number and either a postal code/ zip code, email or phone number to locate your order.

Step 2.

Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product.

Eligible items will show as white.

Ineligible items will be greyed out.

Step 3.

Answer a few questions and choose to either exchange or return the product(s).

Step 4

Choose a credit method and follow the simple prompts to print your shipping label at home.

We want to make your experience with Octopied Mind unforgettable. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except final sale items, some made-to-order items, graveyard (defect) items and intimates.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags in tact. There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. Contact us directly so we can organize a pre-paid label and replacement item.
