Items returned must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any items returned with stains, odours, pet hair, deodorant stains, signs of wear or missing hang-tags will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate and ensure items are clean and undamaged before returning them. For more specific details and return eligibility, please refer to our Returns Policy. Step 1: Locate Your Order: Enter your order number and email to find your order in our system.

Step 2: Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return.

Step 3: Print Label: Print the shipping label upon submitting your return.

Step 4: Send It Back: Securely pack the items, hangtags & SKUS intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

NOTE: Our Returns Portal is currently only available to customers in Canada + USA. For international returns, please see FAQ section below.

Return options & Information

The cost of returning your items is removed from your total eligible refund amount.

Starting October 10th, 2023, we no longer offer free returns for in-store credit due to rising inflation and fuel costs affecting shipping carrier fees. We appreciate your understanding.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We will issue your refund or gift card once we approve your return. All items are to be inspected once they are returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time as a small-batch brand due to limited inventory levels and high demand.

Please be aware that items purchased during a final sale cannot be returned.

Additionally, temporary mark-downs or special promotions, like holiday events, are limited-time offers, and their discounts won't apply beyond their specified duration. Should you seek a refund or store credit, it will correspond to the amount of your original purchase.

Temporary 90-Day Holiday Return Policy: The last day to return an eligible item purchased before Jan 1st, 2024, is Feb 1st, 2024.

You have 30 daysfrom the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except final sale items, graveyard (defect) items and intimates.

Step 1: Ensure your items are eligible for return. Final sale items, intimates, and small accessories cannot be returned. For a comprehensive list please see our returns policy.

Step 2: Securely pack refundable items with hangtags and original packaging showing SKUs intact. Your order number must be included inside the package.

Step 3: Please head to your nearest shipping carrier and send your return to the following address:

Note: The cost of return shipping & duties is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in advance with the shipping carrier. Packages with unpaid duties will be rejected.

Step 4: E-mail the tracking information to so we can easily identify your package when it arrives.
