We do not offer exchanges however by choosing in-store credit, the cost of shipping your item back to Octopied Mind will be free of charge.

Octopied Mind is driven by Jill in Nova Scotia and Sarah in Quebec, with our central warehouse nestled in the vibrant city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. While we don’t operate any retail storefronts, we are a close-knit, artist-run brand. Transparency and your trust are paramount to us as we strive to be open about our operations and origins. For the security and efficiency of our team, local pick-up is unavailable.

While we don't operate retail storefronts, we're proud to share that Octopied Mind's central warehouse is in the heart of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Our co-founders, Jill & Sarah, are originally from the scenic East Coast of Canada, and they've planted their roots in both Nova Scotia (Jill) and Quebec (Sarah).
