Please wait for 24 hours after the 'delivered' status before assuming that the delivery is lost. Sometimes the delivery status is displayed prematurely. If the package does not arrive by the end of the next day, please send an email to support@octopiedmind.com to initiate an investigation.
Orders are processed same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped with tracking information and other order details.
Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to holiday influx, Covid-19 outbreaks and natural disasters.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make the following changes:

We do not offer exchanges however by choosing in-store credit, the cost of shipping your item back to Octopied Mind will be free of charge.

While we don’t operate any retail storefronts, we are a close-knit, artist-run brand. Transparency and your trust are paramount to us as we strive to be open about our operations and origins. For the security and efficiency of our team, local pick-up is unavailable.
