A grandfather is talking with his grandson and he says: “There are actually two stomachs inside all of us which are always at battle. One is a good stomach which represents things like compassion, unity, forgiveness, self-acceptance, and love. The other is a bad stomach, which represents things like judgment, blame, resentment, jealousy, and anger.” The grandson stops and thinks about it for a second and then looks up at his grandfather says “Then which one wins?” And the grandfather quietly replies “The one you feed”.
