FAQs

Regular Orders: As a small business we take 2-12 business days to fulfill orders. Once your order has been packed at our warehouse it is dropped off at a Chit Chats location where packages are processed and then handed to country-specific carriers (Canada Post, USPS, DHL, etc.)

Pre Orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, all items are held until the pre-order items are ready. Please see individual product page for approximate shipping dates for pre-order items.

Tracking Number: Tracking information can be found in the email / text that is triggered when we print your shipping label. All packages include insurance in case anything happens between us and you.

Delays: Please keep in mind that Covid-19, Natural Disasters and any holiday influx may delay your order delivery date.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can make the following changes:

Change my address: Yes! Please email us your new address.

Add or remove item(s) to my order: Yes! Please email us which items you would like to add or remove from your order.

Cancel my order: Yes! Subject to a 3% restocking fee.

We typically restock a design within 1-3 months of it being sold out.

We take the following into consideration: Popularity of design, availability of blank garments and print studio time-line.

Please subscribe to be notified when an item is restocked or made available for pre-order. You can subscribe to notifications by heading to the product page for the product in question, selecting your size and entering your email in the box provided that replaces the usual "add to cart" button.
