« Howdy I'm Hurting » n'est pas un appel au secours, ni une ironie gratuite. C'est direct. On affronte le monde, on vit sa vie, et pourtant, au fond, une douleur persiste. Le ton western lui confère une certaine sobriété, car la douleur ne se manifeste pas toujours de façon ostentatoire. Parfois, elle reste simplement là, tapie dans l'ombre, familière et irrésolue. Ce t-shirt est pour les jours où l'on ne veut rien expliquer, mais où l'on refuse aussi de faire semblant d'aller bien.
