In Stock Items: As a small business we take 2-12 business days to fulfill orders. Once your order has been packed at our warehouse it is dropped off at a Chit Chats location where packages are processed and then handed to country-specific carriers (Canada Post, USPS, DHL, etc.)
Pre-order Items: If your order contains a pre-order item, all items are held until the pre-order items are ready. Please see individual product page for approximate shipping dates for pre-order items.
Made-to-order Items: If your order contains a made-to-order item (ie. swimwear) these items are made and shipped directly by our certified supplier. All other items will be shipped by the team at Octopied Mind from our warehouse in Ottawa, ON Canada.
Because these items ship directly from our partner factory, additional shipping fees are calculated at checkout and added to the total shipping cost if your order also contains OM warehouse shipped items.
Art print delivery time varies by country. If you live in Canada your art print could take 6-9 business days to deliver. If you live in the United States your art print could take 5-8 business days to deliver. No matter where you live in the world you should receive your art print within no more than 16 business days of ordering.
